Shipping Information
All orders require 1-3 days for processing and an additional 7-10 days for delivery.
If you have ordered multiple products, please note that they may arrive in separate packages and possibly on different days. We appreciate your trust, thank you!
Each order includes a tracking number once the order has been processed and shipped. You can find the tracking number in your order confirmation email.
As part of our sustainability efforts, orders ship from where they’re manufactured—this item ships from China. It’s designed and lab-tested in the U.S. to ensure high quality.
Refunds aren’t approved solely because it ships from China.
Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed, customers have a maximum of 1–3 days to request a cancellation. During this short window, we may be able to stop the order before it enters processing.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. This includes orders that already have a tracking number assigned.
If a cancellation request is made after this timeframe, the customer must wait until the item is delivered and then follow our return process. If you find yourself in this situation, we kindly advise you to contact our support team at support@voloro.co to initiate the return process.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Missing Packages
Our company is not responsible if the incorrect address is provided during checkout. Please ensure your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If we made an error, we take full responsibility for the original order placed at no cost to you.
If customers fail to pick up their packages on time, despite being reminded via email, we are not responsible for any consequences. The customer is fully responsible for unclaimed packages and any costs that arise from this.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 3-10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us on our contact page.
